All the customer facing reports are created using our custom PDF report generating software. Our reports are created dynamically so that any changes in the underlying data will appear instantly in any reports that are then produced.
PDF reports are also automatically included as attachments when emailed to the customer. This report format is still widely used and offers an excellent format when archiving documents for legal reporting requirements.

The system can be set to automatically email order confirmations, shipped orders, invoices and receipts. Any of these can be resent, to multiple addresses at the press

We use a fully customised, secure and scalable system.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) currently support around 30% of the cloud server market, making them the largest provider in this area. Using their services, allows us at any time in the future to migrate to a larger base system in a short upgrade overnight.
All of our code is hand-written, without using AI agents, which means we have full control of all parts of our system for updates and adding new functionality. If necessary our server could be rebuilt from scratch in around half a day.
